Bidding & Buying
How do I register to bid?
You can create an account directly on our website. For high-value auctions or new clients, we may require additional identity verification, credit references, or a refundable deposit before your bidding privileges are fully activated.
What is the Buyer's Premium?
A Buyer's Premium is a fee added to the winning "hammer price" of each lot. Our standard premium is 20% on the first $250,000. This fee covers the administrative costs of running the auction.
Can I retract a bid?
No. All bids placed at Fabyle are legally binding contracts. Please ensure you are entirely comfortable with the amount and condition of the item before placing a bid.
Consignment & Submission
What items does Fabyle accept?
We specialize in investment-grade sports memorabilia, trading cards, pop culture artifacts, and historical Americana. We typically look for items with a minimum estimated value of $500.
How does the valuation process work?
Once you submit your item via our online form, our specialists review the photos and description. We utilize historical auction data to provide a pre-auction estimate. This is complimentary.
Is there a fee to submit an item?
No. There are zero upfront fees. We only earn a commission if and when your item successfully sells at auction.
Authenticity & Assurance
Do you guarantee authenticity?
Yes. We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. If a recognized expert determines an item is not authentic within 35 days of the sale, we will rescind the sale and provide a full refund.
How do you handle third-party graded items?
Items encapsulated by third-party grading services (PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC) are sold "as is" based on the professional opinion of that grading company. We do not offer returns on graded items based on condition disagreements, as the grade is the defining factor.
Logistics & Payment
Are my items insured?
Absolutely. From the moment your item is transferred to our custody, it is fully insured under our corporate fine art policy for its maximum estimated value.
When do I get paid?
Seller payouts are processed 30 days after the close of the auction. Funds can be distributed via Check, Wire Transfer, or ACH.
Do you ship internationally?
Fabyle does not have an in-house shipping department, but we work with a network of preferred third-party shippers who can handle international logistics, customs, and insurance for your winning lots.
